I agree. Quick, easy and simple but ideal? I do think it is cuiuors that Food Insurance doesn't put more on their site as to what these kits include, don't you? They aren't particularly upfront about the contents of their kits. When I discovered what was in them, I realized that I could order these type meals myself and assemble my own kit tailored after my own tastes and preferences. This kit is for the lazy person indeed. Similar to production survival kits vs. making your own.
